The brothers Walat and Idris Haj Ali Abbou, from Kakhra village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern governorate of Aleppo suburbs, were arrested on January 12, 2020, by gunmen of faction from armed opposition from Kakhra village and were taken to an undisclosed location.
