Tens of breaches of the declared ceasefire agreement were doc. in the suburbs of Idlib and Hama, Jan 12

SNHR’s team documented, on the first day of the ceasefire agreement declared between Russia and Turkey, no less than 34 ground attacks by Syrian regime forces on the southern and eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate and the western suburbs of Hama governorate. We note that the ceasefire agreement in the fourth de-escalation zone went into force at 12:00 am of January 12, 2020.
