Abdul Razzaq Abdul Rahman Muhammad, from Kafrdelli Tahtani village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, aged 48, was arrested on January 4, 2020, by gunmen of Military Police affiliated with factions from armed opposition in Kafrdelli Tahtani village and was taken to an undisclosed location.
