Samer al Shater, from Misraba town in Eastern Ghouta in east of Damascus suburbs governorate, was born in 1990, was arrested in 2019, by Syrian regime forces from an accommodation centers in Hamouriya town in Eastern Ghouta east of Damascus suburbs governorate. On January 6, 2020, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
