SNHR: at least 14 civilians, including three children, were killed in a shooting by unknown gunmen in Badiya of al Sabkha town in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on January 5, 2020. We note that the area is controlled by Syrian regime forces while we still try to contact witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
