SNHR: three civilians were killed in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Slouk town which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on January 1, 2020. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
