Muhannad al Sha’ar, a member of Civil Defense- Ma’aret al Numan Center, from Hama city, was born in 1991. On December 30, 2019, while he was carrying out his last mission in helping a displaced family and transferring their belonging and before heading to visit his family as he had not seen them for two weeks, the Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the building in northwest of Ma’aret al Numan city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate when he was inside it which resulted in his death.
