The child Muhammad Fateh Arafat was killed while a number of his family were injured on December 30, as Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs on their house in northwest of Ma’aret al Numan city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate as they turned back to take their belonging to the displacement location. We note that member of Civil Defense Muhannad al Sha’ar was killed at the same incident.
