Hamzah al Mahmoud, from al Asfouriyeh village which is administratively a part of Tal Tamer town in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was arrested by gunmen of Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in al Asfouriyeh village on December 23, 2019, and taken to an undisclosed location.
