The death of civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Slouk town in Raqqa, on Dec 23

SNHR: at least four civilians, including a child, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Slouk town which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on December 23, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
