SNHR documented the deaths of 64 civilians, including 16 children and 14 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian Alliance forces in Idlib governorate, since the intensive military campaign on the area between December 15, 2019 and December 22, 2019, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 42 civilians, including 10 children and 11 women.
– Russian forces: 22 civilians, including six children and three women.
