Mrs. Abir al Daher, a biotechnology engineer worked at a laboratory in Saraqeb city in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was killed on December 21, 2019, while she was working as Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on Saraqeb city.
