SNHR: five civilians, including a girl and a woman, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Tal Halaf village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on December 19, 2019. We still try to contact witnesses and survivor for more details on the incident.
