SNHR: at least three civilians (two children and a woman) were killed fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Mrdikh village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on December 19, 2019. We note that this bombing followed an aerial attack by Syrian regime forces using barrel bombs resulting in the death of a civilian.
