Othman al Dyab, from ak Kanayes village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib suburbs, was killed in a strike carried out by machine guns of Syrian regime forces fixed- wing warplanes near Babilla village in the southeastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on December 17, 2019.
