SNHR: Syrian regime forces missile launcher fired shells on Bdama Primary School in Bdama town in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and damaging its furniture, on December 13. We note that the school was targeted earlier several time in the ongoing attacks by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation zone.
