Abdullah Ahmad al Khatib, from Tseel town in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested on December 6, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint in the vicinity of Tseel town and taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Abdullah was among people agreed on a settlement earlier.
