SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs near al Aziziya School and the headquarter of Union of Revolution Bureaus in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, causing various degrees of destruction to the buildings of the school and the headquarter, on December 7, 2019. We note that the two buildings were targeted earlier several times due to the ongoing attacks by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the area since April 26, 2019.
