SNHR: at least nine civilians, including two children and a woman *, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on the main market, known as al Albesa market, in the middle of Balyoun village in Jabal al Zaweya village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on December 7, 2019.
* According to information we were received from activists, we published earlier that the victims of the massacre committed by Russian forces in Balyoun village, in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, are eight civilians, including three children and a woman.
