SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on Bdama Primary School in Bdama town in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and damaging its furniture, on December 4, 2019. We note that the school was targeted earlier several time due to the ongoing campaign by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces in the fourth de- escalation zone.
