SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs near al Aqaba Mosque in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging its building, on December 3, 2019. We note that the mosque was targeted earlier several time due to the ongoing campaign by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de- escalation zone.
