SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs near al Aziziya School and a football ground- supported by Union of Revolutionary Bureaus (URB)- in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging them, on December 3. We note that the school and the football ground are near each other and they were attacked earlier several times due to ongoing campaign Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation zone.
