SNHR: five civilians, including two children and their mother, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Idlib Central Prison in west of Idlib city, on December 2, 2019. We note that Idlib Central Prison is a civil prison which affiliated with Syrian Salvation Government.
