The death of civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Tal Halaf village in Hasaka, on Nov 26

SNHR: at least four civilians were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Tal Halaf village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on November 26, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
