SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile near al Ihsan Mosque in al Gharbi neighborhood in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging its building and furniture, on November 23, 2019. We note that the mosque was attacked earlier several times due to ongoing military campaign carried out by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation zone.
