The death of civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Tal Abyad city in Raqqa, on Nov 23

SNHR: at least three civilians, including a child, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on November 23, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
