SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile on al Ta’akhi Bakery in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and severely damaging its equipment, on November 21, 2019. We note that the bakery went out of service due to recent military campaign carried out by Syrian- Russian Alliance on the fourth de-escalation zone.
