SNHR: at least five civilians, including a child and a woman, were killed as rocket shells, which we believe to be fired from an artillery stationing in an area controlled by Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in Aleppo suburbs, on neighborhoods of Saif al Dawla, al Furqan and Salah al Din in Aleppo city, on November 21, 2019.
