The death of an infant in Nov 22, due to wounds sustained in a shelling by Syrian regime on a camp near Qahh village in Idlib

The infant Hamza Mus’ab al Ibrahim died on November 22, 2019, due to wounds sustained on November 20, 2019, by a surface- to- surface missile we believe to be loaded with cluster munitions was fired from areas controlled by Syrian regime forces on the middle of Qahh al Qadim IDPs Camp in Qahh village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, causing a massacre.
