SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Sham Central Hospital- affiliated with Free Hama Health Directorate- in west of Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging its building, on November 16, 2019. We note that the building of the hospital is used only as the garage for ambulances since it went out of service due to the ongoing attacks by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation area.
