SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired a shell on an ambulance on agricultural lands in southwest of Ma’aret Harma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, while the team of the ambulance was transferring the injured of previous bombing by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian on the same area, the shelling resulted in the death and injury of a number of civilians including members of Civil Defense where the ambulance was completely burnt and went of service, on November 12, 2019.
