SNHR: at least five civilians were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in the local market in the middle of Slouk town which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on November 10, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
