The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in Ras al Ein city in Hasaka, on Nov 11

Ismail Hamoud al Thallaj, from Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was killed on November 11, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine in Ras al Ein city. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
