Amer Kamal al Basal, a nurse from Kfarrouma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, works for al Salam Dispensary in Kfarrouma village, was killed as Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on al Gharbi neighborhood in Kfarrouma village as he arrived there to aid the injured of previous bombing by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian on the same neighborhood, on November 10, 2019.
