Mrs. Teffaha Ali al Saleh, Mahmoud Mhaimed al Khalef al Omar and Ibrahim Mohammad al Khalef, respectively aged 55, 38 and 60, were killed as an artillery of Operation Peace Spring’s forces (Turkish forces and the Syrian National Army forces) fired mortar shells on Tal al Ward village which is administratively a part of northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on October 31, 2019.
