Khalaf Mhaimed al Hannouf, from al Jarthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed in a shooting by gunmen in al Jarthi village, on November 3, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
