SNHR: gunmen exploded the town hall in al Hawayej village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, using IEDs, severely damaging its building. As a result, the building went out of service, on October 30, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
