Medhi Barakat Assaf al Saleh, from al Boulayl village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed in a shooting by gunmen near al Omar Oil Well located in Badiya of Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, on November 1, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
