Ahmad Khleif Ali al J’aifes, from al Baghouz town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was arrested on September 5, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces and taken to a detention center in al Kesra city in the western suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate. Then, he was tortured to death. On October 30, his corpse was handed over to his family with signs of torture.
