SNHR: a car bomb exploded in al Hal Market in Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, resulting in casualties, severely destroying several shops and damaging the market’s facilities, on October 31, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
