Hussein Ali al Khalil, from Rasm al Abd village which is administratively a part of Senjar town in the eastern suburbs of Idlib suburbs, age 30, his corpse was found in a water well in Rasm al Abd village, on October 27, 2019. We note that Hasan was lost on January 4, 2018, as he turned back from his place of displacement to his village. Rasm al Abd village is controlled by Syrian regime forces while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
