The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in al Sousa town in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, on October 23

Hamad Affar al Thalji, from al Sousa town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, died on October 23, 2019, due to wounds sustained in the explosion of a landmine in al Hawi neighborhood in al Sousa town, on October 22, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
