Mash’an Abdullah al Jeghjagh, from Khermer which is administratively a part of al Qameshli city in the northern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, age 24, was arrested on September 23, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint in al Khazna village in the northern suburbs of Hasaka governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
