Bashar Ali al Ma’youf, from Abu Hamam city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by gunmen in al Sh-heil city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, on September 23, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
