Mohamad Qutaiba Abdul Muhsen al Awwad, from Marat village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, died on September 24, 2019, due to wounds sustained on September 20, in a shooting by members of Syrian regime forces against a protest in al Salehiya village, in the northern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, demanding the withdrawal of the forces from the village.
