Mohammad Jad’an al Abbad and Abdul Razzaq Khalaf al Rahil were killed on September 20, 2019, in a shooting by Syrian regime forces against a protest in al Salehiya village, in the northern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, demanding the withdrawal of the forces from the village.
