Kassar Mohammad Mkhailif al Naser, from al Sekhna city in the eastern suburbs of Homs governorate, was arrested on September 20, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in al Mansoura town in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
