Hannan Mohammad Sheikh Sidi, from Shekhka village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the southern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, was arrested on September 18, 2019, by gunmen of the Military Police of factions from armed opposition in Shekhka village and taken to an undisclosed location.
