Abd Azba Saud al Hsyyan and Khaled Awwad Asaad al Jarawan, from al Sh-heil village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, were arrested on September 15, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as they were passing a checkpoint in al Jarthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
