Massacre against civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb near al Ra’ee village in Aleppo, on Sep 15

SNHR: at least nine civilians, including two women, were killed as a car bomb exploded on the road linking al Bab city and al Ra’ee town in the northeastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on September 15, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
